Gold Core is built on one principle: results that last.

No gimmicks, no quick fixes, and no influencer nonsense — just proven training and nutrition methods that actually work. After over a decade in the gym, I’ve tried just about everything: every diet, every supplement, every training split, and every so-called “secret” method. What took years to truly understand is that the best results almost always come from doing the basics exceptionally well.

Gold Core is built around that philosophy. With a properly structured training and nutrition plan, you can make serious progress without relying on restrictive diets, endless supplements, or spending unnecessary hours in the gym. In my experience, overcomplicating the process doesn’t just waste time — it often holds people back from making the progress they’re capable of.

We provide bespoke calorie and protein targets tailored specifically to you and your individual goals, allowing you to enjoy a wide variety of foods in moderation. You’ll have access to recommendations and guidance whenever you need it, so you’re never left unsure. If you’ve never tracked your food before, don’t worry—you’ll be fully guided through the process step by step. Your targets will also be reviewed and adjusted bi-weekly based on your check-ins to ensure you continue progressing effectively.

Training

We provide a comprehensive workout routine tailored to your individual goals, capabilities, and lifestyle. Whether you’re able to train 2 days per week or up to 7, your plan will be structured to fit your availability while maximising results. Your programme will also take into account any specific goals, including bringing up weaker or lagging body parts, ensuring a balanced and effective approach to your training.

We offer weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to review your progress, assess how your body is responding, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan to keep you moving towards your goals. Alongside this, you’ll have access to ongoing WhatsApp support, giving you the freedom to ask any questions at any time—whether it’s about training, nutrition, or anything in between.
